What are your admission/referral criteria?
Clients must be deemed "palliative" by a physician to receive hospice support services, OR experienced a death in the last 2 years for most bereavement services. A medical referral to our services is NOT required.

Your hospice palliative care program/service provides support and/or care for the following:
Care for all conditions
Anticipatory Grief and Bereavement
Emotional/Spiritual Support
Caregivers can access support groups, counselling services, hair salon, complementary services, bereavement support services & library resources

We provide social, emotional, practical and spiritual support to those living with a life-threatening illness and their families. Hospice services are offered in home, hospital, residential hospice, long-term care and through our in-house programs by specially trained volunteers and professional staff. We are here to help you achieve quality of life on your end of life journey.
