NBHPCA 2008 Educational Grant Award
One Grant of $100.00

Purpose:
To provide financial support to NBHPCA member wishing to host an in-service or a workshop related to Hospice or Palliative Care.

Criteria and guidelines:

  1. 1. All NBHPCA members are eligible to apply for the grant.
  2. One grant will be awarded for each region.
  3. The grant is awarded to cover costs associated with the in-service or the workshop.
  4. Funds must be used within 12 months of receipt of Grant award.
  5. The applicant is required to submit a letter of request outlining the details and the costs of the in-service or the workshop to be given.
  6. Priority will be given to applicant who is willing to present a written summary of the in-service or the workshop given to Mrs. Rinette Côté.
  7. Successful applicant will be notified, by telephone, by March 15, 2008.

ASPNB - 2008 Bourse d'education
Une Bourse de 100,00 $

But :
Apporter du soutien financier à un membre de l'ASPNB qui désire donner une formation ou un atelier relié aux soins palliatifs ou aux soins dans un hospice.

Critères et lignes directives :

  1. Tous les membres de l'ASPNB sont éligibles pour faire une application sur la bourse.
  2. Une bourse sera décernée par région.
  3. La bourse sera décernée pour couvrir les coûts associés à la formation ou à l'atelier.
  4. La bourse doit être utilisée dans les 12 mois suivant la réception de l'argent.
  5. La candidate doit soumettre une lettre de demande expliquant les détails et les coûts associés à la formation ou à l'atelier qui sera donné.
  6. Une priorité sera donnée à la candidate qui acceptera d’écrire un bref résumé de l'atelier ou de la conférence à Madame Rinette Côté.
  7. La candidate choisie sera avisée par téléphone avant le 15 mars, 2008.
