to our Informal Caregiver Resource Inventory!
We hope you find the resources contained in this inventory helpful
as you care for your family member. Within
the inventory there is a means by which you can evaluate the resources you
have accessed. We encourage
you do share your thoughts regarding these resources with us so that we
can build the best inventory possible.
This
inventory has been compiled with the support and
assistance of the many programs and services across Canada that offer
hospice palliative care services to Canadians.
All electronic
resources accessed through the CHPCA Caregiver Inventory are used and
posted with permission. Copyright is retained by the contributing
organizations or individuals. Electronic files accessed through this
inventory must be properly acknowledged and cited with regard to the
authors of the resource.
