Overview of programs and Services:
The Hospice mission is to support, educate and empower all those who are affected by or caring for a person with a life-altering diagnosis. We are the first and largest community based hospice palliative care village in Canada and we will soon be the very first Hospice in Canada with a satellite residential home! The Hospice welcomes patients, families and caregivers who have been affected by a life-altering diagnosis. This does not need to be a terminal illness. We help people with a wide range of diagnoses, from all backgrounds and ages. In fact, we have 47 Wellness Programs designed to support patients, families and caregivers at every stage of their diagnosis.

Programs and services at the Hospice are available to patients who have been affected by a life-altering diagnosis, and also their family members or caregivers.

Infectious Diseases (ie HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis-C)
Neurological Disorders
Renal Disease
Respiratory Disease
Care for all conditions
Anticipatory Grief and Bereavement
Emotional/Spiritual Support

The Hospice is here to support, educate and empower anyone who has been affected by a life-altering diagnosis from the time of pre-diagnosis through bereavement. We have more than 47 wellness programs, at home care and also residential care options.
