Overview of programs and Services::

Pilgrims Hospice Society is a non profit group that provides support for those with life limiting and life threatening illness through our Adult Day Program. We also have a Compassionate Companions service for those who a palliative and unable to get out into the community.Our Companion Service also consists of a No One Dies Alone program for those who are at the end of life and are alone.
Pilgrims Hospice also has Grief and Bereavement Counselling. We serve adults, children, teens and families in a group and private settings. All of our programs are free of charge with the exception of the Day Program.

What are your admission/referral criteria?:

The Day Program requires a referral through Community Care Access.All other programs are self refer.

Pilgrims Hospice Society can provide support to you and your family from your diagnosis onward. We can provide, respite through our Compassionate Companions program and Day Program as well as emotional and spiritual support. We also provide support through our counselling services for you and your family at any time through out your journey.
