Hospice Visiting Volunteers provide compassionate support to individuals facing a life-limiting illness and to their families. Support is offered from diagnosis through bereavement and is self-referral.

We will ask them to tell us about themselves so we can understand where they are at and so we can better answer the question. The most significant question we can ask them in response to that is 'what do we need to know about you to provide the best care possible?'
