What are your admission/referral criteria?:

Eligibility for Hospice House admission is handled on a case-by-case basis. Patient must have a family physician willing to support them in Hospice House. Must have a palliative diagnosis of 3 months or less. Must be registered for BC Palliative Benefits programs.

Your hospice palliative care program/service provides support and/or care for the following:

Infectious Diseases (ie HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis-C)
Neurological Disorders
Renal Disease
Respiratory Disease
Care for all conditions
Anticipatory Grief and Bereavement
Emotional/Spiritual Support

We assist people to live their lives to the fullest extent possible until the moment of their death. We support their friends and families in their grief.
