What are your admission/referral criteria?

Services are provided to families in the Vaughan community. Referrals can be made by family, friends, health care professionals, clergy or an individual struggling with illness simply by calling the hospice office at 905-850-6266.

There are no fees for services provided by Hospice Vaughan.

How would you answer the following question if asked by a patient, client, resident, and/or family?

"What can you do for me?"

We provide compassionate support to persons of all ages, their families and friends, coping with a life threatening illness or dealing with the loss of a loved one. Our trained staff and Volunteers work with caregivers, community agencies and health care professionals, to offer services in the community and at our Woodbridge Centre. We are respectful of diversity, as well as a person’s preferences, wishes and values.

Today, Hospice Vaughan serves all residents living in Kleinburg, Maple, Woodbridge, parts of Concord and Thornhill.
