Community Hospice Services that include: in-home volunteer visiting hospice, professional staff support including; case management, psycho-social, grief, bereavement, family, children, complementary supports, respite and caregivers support. Offered individually and through group support by professional trained volunteer and staff.
Expansion in 2019 to includes organizational growth to include 10 bed Residential Hospice.
No charge for services.

We offer support to you and your loved ones that we hope will support you live as well as you can, support your ability to stay or remain at home and that works with the integrated team of professionals, community members in the community. In 2019 we will also have 10 bed residential hospice for those at end stage to receive care in a home-like setting and that will support families.
