What are your admission/referral criteria?

Individuals and families living with life limiting illness or coping with loss.

How would you answer the following question if asked by a patient, client, resident and/or family?

“What can you do for me?”

We can provide compassionate supportive care for individuals, caregivers, and family members. We have weekly support groups and guest speakers who help nurture ones coping skills and maximizes their quality of life. We also provide in home respite support and transportation to medical appointments. We can also help through our Bereavement Program whether it is one on one support or group support or monthly informal drop in chats. Hospice Kingston can be your advocate; however we can help you and your family - we will.
