Hospice Georgian Triangle

More Information

Hospice care is about dignity and choice. Our care is the result of family, friends, professionals and volunteers working together. Our mission is direct and simple; to make it possible for the terminally ill to stay supported at home - living as fully as possible - until the very end.

We provide non-medical support to individuals and families facing life threatening or terminal illness and bereavement who live in the Georgian Triangle area. We partner with all health care service providers.

We provide training education and support for volunteers and caregivers. We promote community awareness of the unique needs of those facing terminal illness and bereavement.

What are your admission/referral criteria?

“What can you do for me?”

Hospice Georgian Triangle is a non-profit volunteer agency dedicated to the provision of exemplary compassionate care to people suffering with life threatening illness or in their end stages of life, their families and to the bereaved.

Our services are offered in conjunction with various other agencies to provide interdisciplinary care to the individual and the family in the South Georgian Bay (Georgian Triangle) area.
