Services are provided in English with access to translator service. Care is provided in acute care, Hospice House, and acute care. Support/education is provided to all areas of health care through an inter-disciplinary team.

What are your admission/referral criteria?:
Adult, eligible for community services as per BC MOH. Life limiting illness.

Your hospice palliative care program/service provides support and/or care for the following:

Cardiovascular Disease
Infectious Diseases (ie HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis-C)
Neurological Disorders
Renal Disease
Respiratory Disease
Care for all conditions
Anticipatory Grief and Bereavement
Emotional/Spiritual Support
